ReGenesis is an AI-powered coaching platform designed for enterprise deployment. The core AI, Sasha, acts as an "invisible intelligence" that observes coaching sessions, generates evidence-backed insights, and provides 24/7 companion support to coachees — all while maintaining enterprise-grade security and regulatory compliance.
Market position: First-mover in AI-augmented enterprise coaching with institutional-grade compliance. No current competitor combines real-time session analysis, multi-level evidence packs, and Fortune 500-ready security posture.
Go-to-market: US-first launch targeting McKinsey and Fortune 500 firms, with EU-grade compliance built from day one to enable seamless global expansion.
The Core Idea
Traditional enterprise coaching is expensive, hard to measure, and inconsistent. ReGenesis solves this by adding an AI layer (Sasha) that:
- Observes coaching sessions (with consent) via transcript/recording analysis
- Generates insights that are backed by evidence from the actual conversation
- Supports coachees 24/7 between sessions as an AI companion
- Reports aggregate outcomes to enterprise stakeholders (anonymized)
Why US-First, EU-Grade
The original Blueprint was written EU-first. The Supplement corrected this to US-first for practical reasons:
| Factor | US-First | EU-First |
|---|---|---|
| Time to market | Faster — fewer regulatory hurdles at launch | Slower — GDPR enforcement is active |
| Initial client (McKinsey) | US-based | Would require EU data residency immediately |
| Legal entity | Delaware C-Corp is standard | Would need EU entity from day one |
| Compliance ceiling | Build to GDPR anyway | Same |
| Revenue potential | Larger immediate market | Smaller but growing |
The key insight: By building to GDPR/EU standards even while launching in the US, we get the best of both worlds — fast market entry with global-ready architecture.
What Makes ReGenesis Different
-
Evidence Packs: Every AI insight has three levels of support:
- L0: The headline insight ("You tend to avoid delegation")
- L1: The reasoning ("Throughout the session, you expressed anxiety about assigning work to your team")
- L2: Direct evidence with jump links ("At 23:10 in the video: 'I often end up doing it myself because I worry it won't be done right'")
-
Human-in-the-loop: Coaches review and approve everything before clients see it. The AI augments, never replaces.
-
Therapy-ready: Unlike competitors who avoid emotional content, ReGenesis leans into deep personal work. The architecture handles mental health content as a first-class concern.
-
Field-level access control: Four visibility tags ensure data goes only where it should — no accidental exposure of coach-private notes to HR.
The McKinsey Angle
McKinsey has their own AI platform (Lilli) with a 3-layer governance model. They understand and expect this level of architectural rigor. Key expectations:
- Named Security Officer
- Encryption at rest and in transit
- Regular penetration testing
- SOC 2 certification (at least in progress)
- Detailed DPA with subprocessor list
